Head of Legal Operations

A high-growth, technology-led business is seeking a senior legal operations leader to build and scale a best-in-class function. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with the Chief Legal Officer, driving efficiency, technology adoption, and operational excellence across a global legal team.You will act as a strategic partner to the CLO, with ownership of the legal operations function. The role offers broad exposure across the business and significant influence over how the legal team is structured and operates.Key responsibilities include:Leading legal operations strategy, including technology (AI and automation)Acting as Chief of Staff to the CLOOwning legal budgeting, forecasting, and outside counsel spendDriving process improvement, systems implementation, and reportingOverseeing vendor management and legal infrastructurePartnering cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and commercial teamsCandidate Profile15+ years' experience in legal operations or a related functionStrong experience building and scaling legal ops capabilitiesDeep understanding of legal technology, processes, and data-led decision-makingCommercially minded, with strong stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
