The role requires a technically grounded program manager who can engage confidently at the architectural level while maintaining disciplined execution of traditional program management responsibilities.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn Program Execution & Accountability\n\nServe as the single point of accountability for program cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction\nManage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, staffing plans, and margin performance\nEnsure timely, accurate delivery of CDRLs and all contractual obligations\nLead risk and opportunity management processes, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies\nDevelop and maintain integrated master schedules and program execution plans\nRepresent the program to senior company leadership and government stakeholders\nPartner with the Government PMO\n\nWork directly with the Government Program Management Office to align on strategy, roadmap, and long-term mission objectives\nTranslate high-level mission outcomes into executable program plans\nProvide transparent reporting on program health, risks, and performance\nSupport contract modifications, growth initiatives, and strategic planning efforts\nLead Complex Software Delivery\n\nDevelop and maintain working knowledge of system architecture at the box-diagram level, including major components, data flows, and integration points\nEngage engineering and technical leaders to understand trade-offs, risks, and technical dependencies\nEnsure technical decisions are aligned with contractual requirements and mission objectives\nOversee cross-functional coordination across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and deployment teams\nUnderstand the Mission & Domain\n\nLearn and internalize the operational mission context and intelligence domain\nEnsure the program’s direction supports evolving customer needs and real-world operational requirements\nBuild trusted relationships across Intelligence Community stakeholders\nBuild and Lead High-Performing Teams\n\nProvide leadership, direction, and accountability across program management and technical teams\nEstablish clear expectations and a culture of ownership and execution discipline\nMentor and develop subordinate program managers and functional leads\nFoster collaboration across geographically distributed teams\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\n\nJob Qualifications\nTypically requires a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in engineering, science or a related technical field as well as thirteen or more years of progressively complex program administration experience.
