{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"72fd73d0a00a705d3e9b9846","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/72fd73d0a00a705d3e9b9846","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/72fd73d0a00a705d3e9b9846","title":"All-Source Analyst (OOB) – Mid","description":"Job Type: Full- Time\n\nWorkplace Type: Onsite\n\nClearance: TS/SCI willingness to take a polygraph exam\n\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\n\nJob Summary\n\nCastalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst (OOB)to use your specialized engineering experience and your attention to detail to develop all-source intelligence reports to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities\n\nA qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:\n\nHelp your client understand foreign military materials, critical minerals, and manufacturing facilities.\nServe as a technical expert on topics that include, but not limited to, toxic industrial chemicals, rocket fuels, agriculture, nuclear chemistry, fiber optics, semiconductors, lasers, or other weapon material.\nUsing your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll research, analyze, and evaluate classified and open-source intelligence, identify intelligence gaps, and produce detailed all-source assessments and products.\nAs the authority on your mission, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in engineering analysis, or reverse-engineering analysis, or 7+ years of experience in engineering analysis, or reverse-engineering analysis in lieu of a degree.\nExperience with IC databases and geospatial tools.\nKnowledge of industrial organizations, military materiel production, and strategic materiel.\nKnowledge of the IC, DOE Labs, S&T labs, or DoD organizations.\nAbility to apply sound scientific or engineering methods and practices to produce high-quality written and verbal products.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with engineering disciplines such as critical minerals, fiber optics, acoustics, semiconductors, lasers, weapons development and testing, or chemical engineering.\nKnowledge of foreign defense industries.\nKnowledge of the IC, DoD, and analytic tradecraft standards.\nTS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Physical Science or Engineering field.\n\nPhysical Requirements/Work Environment\n\nNormal office environment.\n\nTravel\n\nAs required\n\nCompany Description\n\nCastalia Systems is a proven business partner providing mission critical solutions to the Federal Government.
