This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and helping expand our footprint in the skilled labor staffing market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and an understanding of staffing solutions or the skilled trades industry.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, in-person meetings, and digital outreachBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients in construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectorsConduct needs assessments to understand client staffing requirements and propose tailored workforce solutionsNegotiate and close contracts, ensuring terms align with business goals and compliance standardsCollaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful worker placementsTrack sales activities and maintain up-to-date CRM recordsAttend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand awareness and build pipelineQualifications:3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in staffing, construction, or industrial sectorsProven success in meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteValid drivers license and willingness to travel regionallyPreferred Qualifications:Experience in skilled labor or light industrial staffing salesUnderstanding of OSHA and industry safety standardsWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary plus commissionBenefit reimbursementPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and career development opportunities
