They will work with the Account Executive and Retail & CPG SA to define and direct the technical strategy for our largest and most important accounts, driving adoption of ML & AI.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nWork with 1‑5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.\n\nLead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.\n\nImplement the technical strategy in the account, in close understanding of the strategy.\n\nBuild a movement of technical champions within the account.\n\nAlign technical strategies around Databricks solutions.\n\nProvide structured mentorship for other team members.\n\nQualifications\n\n5+ years of experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) retail and CPG related accounts.\n\n3+ years working in a pre‑sales capacity or supporting sales activity.\n\nTechnical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud.\n\nAbility to drive data‑driven business transformation.\n\n3+ years of design and implementation experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP, or full‑lifecycle data science solutions.\n\nExperience maintaining and extending production data systems to evolve with complex customer needs.\n\nProduction programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.\n\nNice to have: Databricks Certification.\n\nLocation & Remote\nRemote.\n\nAbout Databricks\nDatabricks is the data and AI company.
