Don't miss this exciting opportunity to make your mark on a global leader in the industry.About the Role:This is a highly visible and strategic role that offers fast-track career advancement. As will be part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll develop and implement overall plant technical strategies focused on engineering projects, utilities, maintenance and stores improvement programs.Responsibilities:Develop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design – think creatively and proactively.Support the Plant by providing project and technical support.Manage the Utilities team and ensure functionality and compliance within the plant utilities processes such as: Refrigeration, Ammonia, Nitrogen, Steam, Natural Gas and Compressed Air.Qualifications:Engineering Degree or related Bachelor's / Master's degree.8 + years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Food manufacturing.Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projects.Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation thinktank.Continuous Improvement experience required.Compensation package:Up to $200,000 base salary (depending on experience) + 15% bonus opportunity + 9% 401(k) match + comprehensive benefits package.
