Learn more about our?comprehensive benefits package?here.What youll bring:For Nurse Practitioners:PMHNP-BC certification requiredMSN or DNP with a Post graduate certificate in psychiatry/mental health (if primary specialty other is not psychiatry)For Physician Assistants:Obtain and maintain a Certification of Added Qualification in psychiatry issued by the National Commission on Certification of Physician AssistantsCompleteAn accredited doctorate level academic program for physician assistants approved by the division in collaboration with the boardA post-graduate certificate program for physician assistants to practice within psychiatric and mental health care that is approved by the division in collaboration with the board; orA post-graduate residency in psychiatry and additional clinical practice or coursework in accordance with requirements approved by the division in collaboration with the board; andA minimum of 10,000 hours of clinical practice in mental healthAdditional Requirement:One year or more post training work experience requiredActive, unobstructed Utah medical license (or the ability to obtain)BLS certification and DEAregistrationAbility to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing processVisa sponsorship considered on a case-by-case basisAbout us:Intermountain Healthis a model health system by providing extraordinary care and superior service at an affordable cost.
