We are dedicated to making this world a healthier place.ResponsibilitiesLead project implementations and product configurations for client accountsEfficiently manage the design process, defining a solution which accurately aligns Medable’s software and capabilities with study scopeDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of Medable's software, technology, and processes to be able to guide a client to the best use of Medable's platform to meet their needsCollect and record study requirements, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation of the design elements necessary to deliver the defined solutionCreate and manage detailed project plans to ensure deliverables are complete on timeEstablish and manage project timelines and objectives, driving them to timely completionProactively identify and addresses issues or risksDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships, and work to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfactionProvide technical/product training and support and explain complex technical topics in an easy to understand way to non-technical audiencePrepare, report on, and distribute progress reportsEffectively prioritize own and workload of other team members, facilitating collaboration across multiple divisions within the companyManage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing improvement initiativesPromote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the teamOther duties as assigned ExperienceMinimum of 6 years of related experienceExperience leading project implementations and product configurations to meet client requirements and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are metWorking knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development processAbility to understand and interpret clinical trial documentation such as protocols, clinical data models and other eClinical data collection instrumentsDemonstrates experience in interpretation of client requirements to prepare and document design specificationsExperience creating and managing project plans Experience with clinical trial (ePRO, EDC, mobile) or healthcare software solutionsIn-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence SkillsStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demandsAdept at solving complicated technical problems and conversing with clientsAbility to effectively organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelinesAbility to adapt and adjust to changing prioritiesExcellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive levelCreative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” viewSmartsheets or equivalent project management softwareGoogle Docs, Sheets, and Slides or equivalent office softwareJIRA or equivalent bug-tracking software Education, Certifications, LicensesBachelor’s degree, or the equivalent experience Travel RequirementsAs requiredAt Medable, we believe that our team of Medaballers is our greatest asset.
