Posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified profiles. Coordinating the hiring and onboarding processes. Supporting employee integration and assisting with related HR matters. Being available on call during weekends for urgent staffing needs. Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish and English). Proven experience in recruitment. Full-time availability. Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle). Organized, communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented. Schedule: Monday to Friday – Full-time. Weekend on call availability (as needed). Base Salary: $3,500 per month + Bonus
