This includes but is not limited to electric motors, hydraulic pumps/valves, pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders, cranes, automatic saws, conveyor/belt systems, and related repair equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in welding, cutting, and fabrication skills.\nRequired Education/Experience:\nMinimum 2 years mechanic/millwright experience.\nBasic proficiency in English to understand and deliver commands.\nBasic math skills, including the use of a calculator and reading a tape measure.\nExperience with bearings, gearboxes, gears, and lubrication.\nProficiency in welding, cutting, and fabrication.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex manufacturing machinery, including hydraulics and pneumatics, and interpret mechanical drawings and hydraulic schematics.\nPreferred Skills/Qualifications:\nProficiency in using precision measuring tools.\nAbility to perform shaft alignment.\nMechanical aptitude with a knack for using mechanical tools.\nFamiliarity with electrical and PLC equipment\nKnowledge of disassemble/reassemble of components in a factory setting.\nJob Responsibilities:\nConduct mechanical troubleshooting and repair of machinery as needed.\nReplace defective parts, lubricate, and clean components to ensure optimal functionality.\nAdhere to lockout/tagout procedures according to company policy to maintain a safe working environment.\nAssist with the installation and replacement of equipment as required.\nPerform preventative maintenance tasks, including regular inspections to identify potential issues proactively.\n\nCare, Courage, & Collaboration\nAt Hydro We care about our People!\nWe care about Safety!\nHydro values diverse skills and perspectives among employees.
