Additionally, we help steer and grow the AI safety field through developing research roadmaps with renowned researchers such as Yoshua Bengio. We also operate FAR.Labs, an AI safety-focused co-working space in Berkeley housing 40 members, as well as support the community through targeted grants to technical researchers.\r\nAbout the RoleWe are hiring our first in-house Technical Recruiter to partner closely with leadership and hiring managers as we scale the organization. Over the next 1218 months, this role will be critical in helping FAR.AI grow to roughly double its current size while establishing high-quality, repeatable recruiting processes.\r\nReporting to the Head of People, this is a hands-on, full-cycle role suited for a mid-level recruiter who is comfortable operating independently, managing multiple concurrent searches, and serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers across both technical and non-technical functions.\r\nWhy This Role / Why NowFAR.AI is entering a pivotal phase of growth, backed by over $40M in funding and expanding opportunities to shape how advanced AI systems are developed and governed.
