This is a high-visibility retail position focused on maintaining a safe environment, deterring unwanted behavior, and protecting store assets while delivering excellent customer service. Officers are expected to maintain a visible and professional presence, greet customers upon entry, and support store operations while remaining aware of their surroundings at all times. This position operates under a strict observe and report model. Officers are not permitted to detain, accuse, or physically engage with any individual. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately to store management. Officers must handle situations professionally, including responding to alarm activations by directing customers back to staff without confrontation or physical contact. Strong professionalism is required at all times. Officers must remain courteous, avoid distractions, and follow all client post instructions.
