Counter Sales - Commercial Doors and Hardware

ERCO, a family-owned interiors and distribution company operating since 1963, is expanding our Commercial Door Division and seeking an experienced Commercial Door & Hardware Specialist for our Wilmington location. You will support walk-in customers, handle product inquiries, generate quotes, and help keep projects moving with accuracy and confidence. What you will do Assist customers with product selection, quotes, and order support Interpret drawings, specs, and hardware schedules (training available) Process orders with accuracy and attention to detail Build strong customer relationships through dependable, knowledgeable service Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely fulfillment What makes you a strong candidate 3+ years of experience in commercial doors, frames, or hardware Strong knowledge of Division 8 products Experience with commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
