Friday\nEXCELLENT BENEFITS!\nDAY SHIFT - 7:30am to 4:00pm M-F\nResponsibilities:\nProgram Development: Utilize computer-aided manufacturing software to create CNC Machining Programs that enable the production of precision flight and tooling machined components.\nData Management: Maintain CNC Program revision status and archive computer files according to procedures to ensure seamless operations.\nDocumentation: Generate detailed tool lists and setup sheets for CNC Programs, providing clear instructions for machine operators.\nFeasibility Analysis: Analyze engineering data to assess the feasibility of product proposals and contribute to innovative solutions.\nCompliance: Follow engineering data control procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.\nQualifications:\nProficiency in CAM software, including Mastercam and Verisurf.\nExpertise in ANSI Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.\nFamiliarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.\nGeneral level:Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years’ experience, or a total of 10 years’ experience in the related field, or 5 years’ experience with 5-Axis.\nSenior level:Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 years’ experience, or a total of 15 years’ experience in the related field.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExtensive experience operating a CNC machine.\nFamiliarity with a manufacturing environment.\nStrong experience with software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Catia, or NX.\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $35.00 -
