Arabic Dialect QA & Model Testing Specialist ( Tunisian / Moroccan / Saudi / Dialect) Job SummaryWe are looking for a native Arabic Dialect QA & Model Testing Specialist to support speech and AI model validation. The specialist will be responsible for testing AI model outputs, validating dialect accuracy, reviewing audio and transcription quality, and ensuring datasets meet quality standards after the audio production team completes recordings.The ideal candidate has strong listening skills, excellent knowledge of their native dialect, attention to linguistic detail, and the ability to identify pronunciation, transcription, and contextual issues in speech data.Responsibilities1. Test speech and AI model outputs for assigned Arabic dialect2. Review and validate audio recordings after production completion3. Check pronunciation, fluency, dialect authenticity, and naturalness4. Verify transcription accuracy and alignment with audio5. Identify linguistic, grammatical, and contextual errors6. Report quality issues and provide clear feedback to production team7. Ensure datasets meet internal QA and validation standards8. Maintain organized documentation and tracking of reviewed files9. Support continuous improvement of dialect datasets and model performanceRequirements1. Native speaker of the assigned Arabic dialect2. Strong understanding of regional dialect nuances and expressions3. Excellent listening and language review skills4. High attention to detail and consistency5. Ability to work with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and QA workflows6. Comfortable reviewing large volumes of audio and text data7. Previous experience in QA, transcription, linguistics, AI data, and audio review8. Familiarity with speech AI or language technologies is an advantage
