This role serves as a key point of contact between carriers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain efficient warehouse operations.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments (LTL, FTL, parcel)Communicate with carriers, brokers, and suppliers to arrange pickups and deliveriesTrack shipments and proactively resolve delays, shortages, or damagesVerify shipping and receiving documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices)Ensure accurate inventory transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS)Maintain freight cost tracking and assist with cost control initiativesInspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepanciesPrepare and process outbound shipping documents and labelsEnsure compliance with company policies and transportation regulationsSupport warehouse operations including loading/unloading as neededQualifications2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics coordinationKnowledge of freight types (LTL, FTL, expedited, parcel)Experience with WMS, ERP systems, or shipping softwareStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills with carriers and internal teamsForklift experience (preferred but not required)SKILLS & ABILITIESFreight scheduling & coordinationInventory accuracyDocumentation & complianceCarrier negotiation awarenessTime managementAttention to detailBenefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Paid Time Off.Paid Holidays.Professional development and training opportunities.Pharmatech Labs is an equal opportunity employer.
