{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"726fdb49ec3fede757c1d736","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/726fdb49ec3fede757c1d736","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/726fdb49ec3fede757c1d736","title":"Maintenance Manager","description":"ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSpecifically, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities:\nManage a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.\nDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.\nConduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify and address any issues or potential hazards.\nWork closely with Brewing staff, Packaging staff, QC staff, Engineering staff, and sub-contractors as a cross functional team member to meet all production needs.\nTroubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement timely repairs to minimize production delays.\nMaintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for maintenance activities.\nManage and maintain all cleanliness, organization for new and existing work spaces.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and promote a culture of safety awareness among maintenance staff.\nCollaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs or maintenance projects.\nAct as key liaison during emergency unscheduled repairs of brew house, cellar, and packaging equipment as needed.\nDevelop and manage the maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.\nKeep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and expenditures.\nManage other maintenance projects as assigned.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.\nProven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or brewery environment.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as industrial equipment and machinery.\nExperience with preventive maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance principles.\nExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of maintenance technicians.\nExceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a hands-on approach to resolving maintenance issues.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.\nProficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $100,013.00 -
