Who We Are:Cardinal Pediatric Therapies provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for autistic children and children with developmental delays. We partner closely with families and deliver individualized therapy designed to support meaningful, lasting progress in everyday life.We are seeking actively credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are committed to ethical care, professionalism, and continued clinical growth.What This Role Is About:As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will deliver direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.This role is for individuals who already hold an active RBT credential and are prepared to uphold ongoing certification and ethical responsibilities.Core ResponsibilitiesImplement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAsProvide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settingsCollect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentationCollaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teamsMaintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environmentUphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACBAdhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policiesRequired QualificationsActive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACBAbility to provide credential verification documentationCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationTB test completed within the past 12 monthsAbility to pass criminal background and abuse registry checksArizona applicants: valid Fingerprint Clearance Card requiredReliable transportation to assigned work locationsAbility to work directly with children for multiple hours per dayPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related fieldPrior ABA or behavioral health experienceInterest in long-term professional development within clinical servicesPosition DetailsJob Types: Full-Time and Part-TimeWork Location: In person (clinic, home, school, or community settings)Benefits And Professional GrowthFlexible scheduling optionsPaid Sick Leave accrualsOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesClinical supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAsOpportunities for advancement and career growthPaid drive time between sessions for services delivered outside of the centerEmployee referral programImportant Note for Applicants:This position requires an active RBT certification at the time of application.Applicants who do not currently hold an active RBT credential should apply to our Behavior Technician role.
