Assistant Grocery Manager Save More Marketplace is looking for a motivated Assistant Grocery Manager to support the grocery department's operations. In this role, you will assist the Grocery Manager in overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring the grocery department runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include: Assisting in supervising and training grocery department staff to deliver excellent customer service. Supporting inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing products. Ensuring the grocery department meets company standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness. Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Contributing to planning and implementing promotions and merchandising strategies. Collaborating with other departments and management to achieve store goals. Helping maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
