Prior face-to-face customer experience is a huge plus, but your attitude is more important. You must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills. Scheduling flexibility is a must.\nResponsibilities include:\nWelcome and connects with every customer. Discover customer's needs and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.\nAnswer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant or Hotel functions and services.\nTake food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in POS system.\nPerform running side work and opening & closing duties throughout your shift as required by service station assignment.\nMaintain a clean and organized work and service area.\nEnsure guests are satisfied with the beverage, food, and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.\nPrepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change (if applicable)\nTeamwork - Offer or ask for help to your fellow team members as situations arise.\nBe available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant as directed by the immediate supervisor.\nJob Requirements:\nIf you are interested in kickstarting your career in the hotel industry and have the following skills, we would love to speak with you:\nHave a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.\nPleasant and friendly demeanor.\nAble to work as a team and independently.\nFlexible working hours.\nAbility to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.\nPhysical mobility and stamina.\nMust be able to pass a background check\nAbility to follow instructions.\nWATERFORD HEALTH AND WELLNESS\nHealth Insurance is available on the first of the month after hire!\nWe value the health and wellness of you and your family.
