Ensures the accuracy and integrity of inventory movement by monitoring WMS system. Monitors team members productivity and work quality, and manages performance. Ensures compliance with all safety programs and ensures a strong culture of safety in the warehouse.\r\nEssential Job Functions\r\nDirect and control all functions within the facility by managing the workforce and ensuring a highly productive environment.\r\nMentors team members through on-the-job training and coaching.\r\nProvides training and evaluation to equipment operators.\r\nEnsures the safety of employees while working.\r\nInvolvement in employee relations to ensure proper disciplinary steps are taken as needed.\r\nResponds to customers inquiries about their orders and insure 100% customer satisfaction.\r\nMaintains a clean and organized warehouse.\r\nCommunicates details on production directly to the Director of Warehousing and other shift leaders to ensure flow of production.\r\nPerforms other related duties as assigned by the Director of Warehousing.\r\nIs regular in attendance and complies with the Company Attendance Policy\r\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\r\nKnowledge of warehouse shipping and receiving functions.\r\nKnowledge of and skill in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite.\r\nSkill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine.\r\nAbility to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously.\r\nAbility to communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.\r\nAbility to work with minimal supervision.\r\nAbility to maintain confidentiality.\r\nEducation and Experience\r\nHigh school graduate or equivalent and excellent math skills.\r\n3 Years of related experience.\r\nExperience working with powered industrial equipment.\r\nWarehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.\r\nD.O.T. and Logistics experience preferred.\r\nExperience in identifying operational issues, recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.\r\nExperience building and maintaining relationships within a team.\r\nBilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)\r\nCertco is an equal opportunity employer.
