Mortgage Loan Processor

If you're interested in growing your career in the mortgage industry on a well-established lending team, reach out to us today!ResponsibilitiesFollow up on loan documentation ordered in a timely manner to ensure closing dates and company deadlines are metAcquire the files necessary for property and loan documentation, including the following: verification of employment, evidence of insurance, payoffs, tax transcripts, credit supplements, condo questionnaires, subordination requests, and title work to assure a smooth loan processHandle the loan pipeline and ensure an efficient and compliant flow throughout the loan processTake care of all borrower communication, from loan origination to closeKeep thorough documentation of the loan process in the system, from the origination of the loan to closeQualificationsKnow how to analyze credit reports, income, and asset documents, as well as general ways to structure a loanAt least 2 years mortgage processing experience, preferably 5+ yearsSolid understanding of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes, and documentationCurrent or previous experience as a Processor, LOA, Loan Partner, Loan Officer, and/or UnderwriterGreat interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsExceptional attention to detail, and must be organized and have excellent time management skillsHas worked in the Broker environmentCompensationCompensation: $75,000+ yearly#J-18808-Ljbffr
