This role is located inHouston, TX .\r\nIn this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:\r\nServes as a lead for the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team, providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters.\r\nServes as the primary point of contact for clients and assists in communicating needs and issues internally with operating areas and externally with clients.\r\nParticipates in processing update to client accounts and company records to ensure they are managed correctly and in a timely manner.\r\nProvides support to business and technology managers.\r\nHandles complex client inquiries and requests.\r\nIdentifies, investigates and resolves escalated and/or complex problems in client accounts or company records.\r\nWorks closely with technology and systems teams to ensure the system is efficient and incorporates any necessary risk mitigations.\r\nTrains staff in technical tools and skills as well as specific internal or external client support activities to maximize their contribution to the team and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.\r\nMay be responsible for allocating and checking work of other team members.\r\nMay be responsible for specific supervisory review and approval actions.\r\nSupports the achievement of team objectives.To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:\r\nHigh school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.\r\nBachelors degree preferred.\r\n7 plus years of technical and management experience preferred.\r\nExperience in the securities or financial services industry a plus.\r\nApplicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.\r\nIntermediate to advanced Excel skills\r\nAttention to detail, multi-tasking, sense of urgency and using initiative\r\nClient Service/Operations experience within financial services is strongly preferred\r\nCorporate Trust background preferred\r\nFinance/accounting, compliance/reporting, reconciliation background experience preferred\r\nCLO/CDO/SOLVAS background preferredAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:\r\nBNY Newsroom\r\nBNY LinkedIn\r\nHeres a few of our recent awards:\r\nAmericas Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025\r\nWorlds Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025\r\nMost Just Companies, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025Our Benefits and Rewards:\r\nBNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
