{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"72549f3a4bcbbf5fa356a38b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/72549f3a4bcbbf5fa356a38b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/72549f3a4bcbbf5fa356a38b","title":"EHS Supervisor","description":"Job SummaryAs the Plant Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Supervisor, you will actively participate in providing leadership to the Health, Safety and Environment programs at the plant, within the defined Manufacturing framework, in a manner consistent with the Principles of Conduct and Action of the company culture.This hands-on leadership position includes active work in the areas of safety in the workplace, driving safe behaviors, accident prevention, and minimizing environmental wastes to assure compliance with all local, state, and federal occupational health, safety and environmental laws, regulations, and guidelines, as well as with corporate health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry into corporate EHS databases.Analyze EHS data to populate and use WCM Safety, Environmental and Health Pillar Boards to define, implement and deliver EHS objectives.Promote, develop and train behavioral EHS initiatives to drive to an autonomous EHS culture.Maintain EHS training program to ensure proper training is provided for all company Safety Standards.Comply with all EHS standards, assures good housekeeping practices following 5S systems, enforce plant rules and safety regulations, consistent with the corporate Values and AttitudesMay assist with product development, capital projects, process implementation and commissioning, and regulatory affairs.Lead and participate in EHS inspections, self-assessments, and audits.Keep informed regarding industry and government standards and specifications.MUST HAVEBachelors degree in occupational health & safety, Industrial Relations, or any other relevant field of study;
