If you're confident in rhythm interpretation, early intervention, and collaborative care, this per diem role offers meaningful impact every shift.SchedulePer Diem12‐Hour Shifts Only7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Days)7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)What You'll DoProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoringMonitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying abnormalities and escalating concerns appropriatelyPerform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs and telemetry dataAdminister medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider ordersCare for patients with cardiac, respiratory, post‐procedural, and chronic medical conditionsRecognize early signs of patient deterioration and initiate timely interventionsCollaborate with physicians, monitor technicians, and interdisciplinary care teamsEducate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and recovery plansMaintain patient safety, infection control, and quality‐of‐care standardsDocument assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical recordWhat We're Looking ForActive RN license in the state of practiceMinimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry, PCU, Step‐Down, or acute care RN experience requiredBLS certification required (ACLS preferred)Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and clinical assessment skillsAbility to manage multiple patients in a fast‐paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsCalm, confident clinical judgment and attention to detailWhy You'll Love This OpportunityYou'll work with a diverse cardiac patient population and skilled care teams—while enjoying the flexibility of per diem scheduling with consistent 12‐hour day or night shifts.
