You are flexible, creative, and take initiative in handling emergencies.\nWhat qualifications are required for this position?\nYou Are Also:\nSomeone with a High school diploma or GED.\nExperience with HMIS strongly preferred.\nProficiency with Google Suite.\nInterested in processing data for a nonprofit service agency.\nExperienced in working in a mission-driven organization and in a capacity where information is sensitive in nature.\nAble to work closely with staff throughout all agency departments.\nSomeone with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within established timeframes.\nAble to maintain confidentiality and integrity with data and comply with victims services laws.\nSomeone with strong computer skills and the ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.\nSomeone with strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically.\nAble to complete a background check, fingerprinting (Live Scan), and completion of all Community Care Licensing requirement documents. Able to meet all licensing requirements of Community Care Licensing.\nWhat You Will Do\nThis position is a hands-on position and is responsible for inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources, ensuring all necessary data is being entered and maintained, as well as assisting the Associate Director of Data and Reporting in reporting duties. In addition, the Data and Reporting Specialist must verify and edit data as needed as part of regular maintenance and follow up with staff regarding any irregularities or missing information.\nResponsibilities include\nData entry into specified data systems for reporting requirements\nRoutinely complete monthly reports, maintaining organization and documentation practices\nAssist System Administrator with quarterly, bi-annual and annual reporting requirements including narrative writing, data entry, and communication with staff\nAssist staff with data system accounts and facilitate trainings on data system processes\nVerify and edit data across multiple systems as needed\nLog incomplete or missing items for correction by staff as needed\nCreate and maintain documentation of processes and procedures\nAdhere to agency technology guidelines as well as legal and regulatory standards.\nActively participate in meetings with supervisor. Attend all mandatory meetings including all staff meetings, team meetings and others as requested by the supervisor.\nComplete functional timesheets by assigned due dates in compliance with time allocations.\nActively participate in reflective supervision sessions.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWorking Conditions\nThis position is eligible for hybrid in person & remote work. Time spent on-site versus remote working will be discussed and agreed upon with your supervisor. You are expected to be available on-site as necessary given business needs. You must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical activities, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
