This role is ideal for individuals with experience in structured cabling, network hardware installation, and physical\n\ninfrastructure setup - however, no prior data center experience is required as this position is a great way to get entry-level experience at a data center!\n\nYou’ll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for deploying and maintaining the physical network backbone that powers cloud services. This includes copper and fiber cabling, labeling, rack setup, and other ad-hoc infrastructure tasks.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Install, route, and terminate copper and fiber cabling across data center environments\n* Label and document cabling infrastructure to meet standards\n* Assist in rack setup, alignment, and hardware installation\n* Support ad-hoc infrastructure delivery projects including network expansions and hardware refreshes\n* Maintain visual and operational standards for structured cabling and rack layouts\n* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment of network infrastructure\n* Follow safety protocols and quality assurance procedures during all installations\n* Track inventory and assist with equipment staging and deployment\n\n*Basic Qualifications*\n\n* High school diploma, technical certification, or military/trade school background\n* 0–2 years of experience in network cabling, infrastructure deployment, or related technical work\n* Familiarity with copper and fiber cabling standards and best practices\n* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes\n* Ability to lift and move equipment and work in physically active environments\n* Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder\n\n*Preferred Qualifications*\n\n* Experience working in a data center or large-scale IT environment\n* Exposure to labeling standards, rack dressing, and structured cabling documentation\n* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team\n* Military veterans encouraged to apply\n\n*Team Culture & Expectations*\n\nYou’ll be joining a collaborative and high-performance team that values precision, accountability,\n\nand continuous improvement.
