Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Boise Metropolitan Area for a Soccer Coach. The Soccer Coach will plan and conduct training sessions, develop game strategies, and mentor players to improve their skills and teamwork. Responsibilities include fostering sportsmanship, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all athletes. The coach will also work closely with team management, communicate effectively with players and parents, and contribute to the club's overall development goals. Qualifications Proven experience in Soccer Coaching with the ability to teach and develop technical and tactical skillsStrong Communication skills for effectively interacting with players, parents, and staffExperience in Coaching and Education, with a focus on mentoring and player developmentAbility to foster a positive and inclusive team environmentCoaching certifications or relevant soccer qualifications are highly desirableUnderstanding of youth athletic and character developmentWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsFirst aid and CPR certifications are a plus
