Manager Position at Dairy Queen 9805 Location: 200 West Main Street, Salem, WV, 26426 Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen 9805. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and meeting financial goals. Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and supervise staff Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed Monitor financial performance and meet sales targets Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications: Previous experience in a managerial role in the food service industry Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety regulations High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
