Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a network of Quality Systems Engineers and Plant Quality Teams across multiple business units to drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Additionally, you will provide critical support and leadership in supplier quality to ensure compliance and operational excellence within the plant.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) framework that ensures full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable industry standards. The framework should be adaptable across the organization while allowing for necessary plant-level customization.\nCollaborate with plant teams and cross-functional Business Unit System Engineers to define the current process and optimized future-state process, promoting standardization wherever feasible.\nDevelop and deploy standardized Vantage Document and Change Control System ensuring all procedures and supporting documentation are accurate, current, and aligned with company policies and quality standards. Drive compliance through structured training and layered process audits.\nDevelop, lead, and enforce comprehensive supplier quality management programs. These should include supplier approval processes, audit schedules, performance monitoring through scorecards, and cost recovery mechanisms across multiple sites.\nLeadership in resolving supplier quality issues that exceed plant-level capability, ensuring timely and effective resolution.\nLead the implementation and enforcement of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
