The ideal candidate blends deep Postgres administration with AWS platform expertise, uses Infrastructure as Code, and thrives in a production support environment with strong incident management and continuous improvement mindset.Required Skills 5+ years of AWS experience5+ years Cloud/AWS/Terraform and PostgreSQL expertiseResponsibilities Database Operations (PostgreSQL)Administer and optimize PostgreSQL across Amazon RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL and EC2/self-managed (where applicable).Perform performance tuning: query plans, indexes, vacuum/analyze, auto vacuum tuning, connection management (PgBouncer), partitioning, statistics, and parameter tuning.Own backup/restore, PITR, logical/physical replication (streaming, logical decoding) and cross-region DR strategies.Implement and maintain HA (Multi-AZ, Aurora clusters, Patroni or equivalent), DR runbooks, and failover testing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
