Engineer","description":"MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team in Linthicum, MD.\n\nThis role supports Agency modernization efforts that necessitate transitioning from and outdated NIST control catalog, consolidating capabilities from disparate systems and applications to a more centralized and supported suite of Capabilities (ServiceNow), and updating existing policies, processes, and procedures.\n\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nReview and analyze Authorization Services processes, procedures, practices and technical solutions.\n\nCoordinate with government representatives to identify requirements, constraints, schedules and workloads.\n\nProvide recommendations to modernize authorization services policies, procedures, practices, and solutions.\n\nProduce and maintain documentation in support of life‑cycle hardware maintenance and related processes\n\nDraft technical solutions to enhance, modernize, and improve all IT infrastructure services with Government approvals\n\nEvaluate applications for requirements, capabilities, languages, and other characteristics to prepare for migration of systems\n\nProvide collaboration and information sharing tools, repositories to enable outreach, training, and awareness of client activities to ensure that products are made available to all stakeholders\n\nConduct analysis and develop processes and share deliverables to enhance mission stakeholder knowledge\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree with (12) years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with (15) years of relevant experience OR High School/GED with (20) years of relevant experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required\n\nExperience with implementation of ServiceNow\n\nDemonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.\n\nExperience with Governance, Risk and Compliance OR Integrated Risk Management\n\nExperience with developing and maintaining Reports/Dashboards supporting a customer\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\nCertified System Administrator Certification from ServiceNow\n\nCertified Implementation Specialist in Integrated Risk Management OR Governance, Risk and Compliance\n\nClearance Requirements:\n\nUS Citizenship required and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%\n\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\n\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations\n\nMust be able to exchange accurate information in these
