The role involves defining technical specifications for complex network software systems and configuring, testing, modifying, and maintaining enterprise monitoring and management applications to ensure high availability, security compliance, and mission continuity.\nThe engineer designs and supports monitoring and automation solutions for LAN/WAN infrastructure, integrating commercial off-the-shelf tools across heterogeneous environments. Performance and availability data are analyzed to produce dashboards, reports, and operational metrics that support incident response, troubleshooting, and operational decision-making.\nThe position requires knowledge of Linux/Unix administration, virtualization, container platforms, automation, databases, and enterprise monitoring tools such as OpenText, Broadcom, NetScout, SolarWinds, and Grafana experience.
