(RCS) testing, and electromagnetic materials analysis .\n\nThis is an end‑to‑end engineering role—ideal for someone who enjoys taking systems from concept to reality, working directly with hardware, and supporting real‑world measurement environments.\n\n️ What You’ll Be Working On\n\nDesign Complete RF Measurement Systems\nBuild VNA‑centric systems for antenna testing, RCS measurement, and EM material characterization.\n\nArchitect RF Signal Chains\nDesign and integrate RF front‑ends including switches, amplifiers, couplers, filters, and calibration paths.\n\nBuild & Validate Systems\nAssemble hardware, integrate mechanical positioners and scanners, perform calibration, and verify system performance.\n\nSolve Complex Measurement Problems\nDebug RF, mechanical, and software issues to ensure stable, repeatable, high‑quality measurements.\n\nInstall & Support Systems\nSupport on‑site installations, train users, and provide post‑deployment troubleshooting.\n\nCreate Clear Documentation\nProduce wiring diagrams, test procedures, calibration workflows, and user guides to support long‑term system reliability.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands‑on experience\n\nStrong RF/microwave fundamentals (S‑parameters, matching, noise, dynamic range)\n\nProven experience working with Vector Network Analyzers\n\nHands‑on comfort with RF lab tools and precision connectors\n\nMethodical troubleshooting mindset and strong documentation habits\n\nAbility to manage multiple technical workstreams independently\n\n⭐ Bonus Experience (Not Required)\n\nAntenna measurement systems (near‑field, far‑field, anechoic chambers)\n\nRCS measurement concepts and calibration techniques\n\nEM materials testing and parameter
