Tender Loving Empire operates 6 brick-and-mortar stores in the greater Portland area + online, curating a collection of goods and music from hundreds of independent makers for people who want to support their creative community, surround themselves with beauty, and live wholehearted. Together we can make our communities more vibrant, creative, compassionate, and connected.Job Summary:The Assistant Manager (ASM) will be responsible for ensuring the successful daily operations of a Tender Loving Empire retail location. This individual will set the tone and drive the store teams to success in direct partnership with the GM, fellow ASM team, and store teams. They understand the customer experience is the priority in the store space, helping delegate and task manage the team to being a customer-focused, sales driven, and profitable team that enables us to continue to support the artists, makers, musicians, and creatives we carry.
