As the team scales its portfolio, we are looking for someone who can turn our day-to-day business of running a learning organization — dashboard/metrics reporting, vendor relationships, budgets, planning rhythms, and readiness for change — into operational excellence, while also delivering on programs that vary from driving Technical talks, Onboarding and all things AI for technical development.\n\nThis role is the operational backbone of Tech Learning. You'll own key vendor relationships, support the broader vendor and contractor ecosystem, build and maintain the team's planning and reporting cadence, and lead the operational readiness work that keeps programs launching smoothly and scaling without friction. You'll partner closely with the team and broader Tech Learning leadership to make sure strategy translates into disciplined, repeatable execution.\n\nResponsibilities\nVendor & Budget Management\nOwn the O'Reilly vendor relationship and support our Udemy partnership to ensure platform utilization.\nSupport management of the broader learning vendor and contractor ecosystem including end-to-end ownership of contract renewals, usage/utilization tracking, escalations, and performance reviews.\nTrack and report on vendor spend and accruals; partner with Finance on budget planning, forecasting, and in-year adjustments.\nContinuously evaluate vendor ROI and utilization to inform renew/reduce/expand decisions.\n\nOperating Rhythm & Planning\nDesign and run Tech Learning's operating cadence: leadership reviews, planning cycles, biweekly updates, and reporting rituals\nOwn and maintain the team's Jira/planning infrastructure (initiatives, epics, workstreams) so leadership always has an accurate view of program status\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting that translate raw training data (completions, NPS, adoption) into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership\nEstablish durable, scalable planning frameworks — not just maintaining the rhythm, but building infrastructure the team can rely on as it grows\n\nProgram Support\nCollaborate closely with Onboarding Program Manager to support Dev@Intuit, and key onboarding programs and activities.\nCollaborate with Program Manager of AI learning to support the deployment of learning experiences.\nPartner across the team to develop curriculum and learning bites to support various learning initiatives.\n\nProgram & Change Readiness\n\nLead readiness workstreams for new program launches and major changes (new vendor onboarding, platform migrations, tool rollouts) to ensure smooth, low-friction execution.\nPartner with program managers and coordinators to identify risk, drive mitigation, and ensure \"definition of done\" standards are met before go-live.\nAct as connective tissue across Tech Learning, Finance, and cross-functional partners — surfacing issues before they become blockers and bringing data-backed recommendations to the table.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\n5+ years of experience in program management, vendor/procurement management, or a related field\nProficiency in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) in day-to-day workflows for analysis, reporting, and drafting\nStrong organizational skills with a track record of building and running operating rhythms (planning cycles, reporting cadences, leadership reviews).\nExperience managing vendor relationships and budgets, including contract renewals, spend tracking, and ROI analysis.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate operational data into clear recommendations for leadership.\nProficiency with Google Suite and program tracking tools (e.g., Jira, or similar).\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.\n\nPreferred\n\nExperience supporting a learning & development, enablement, or Developer Relations organization.\nFamiliarity with LXP/LMS platforms (Docebo, Degreed) and training vendor ecosystems.\nExperience building dashboards or reporting pipelines from raw operational data.\n\nFooter\nIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
