Additional responsibility is to maintain production equipment in a manner that meets Company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime by administering preventive maintenance programs and procedures.\nThese objectives will be achieved by having extensive electrical and electronic skills with the ability to identify component issues, troubleshoot and repair and carry out simple configuration tasks as required.\n\nJob Functions/Duties:\nInstalls and maintains sensors and related electronic equipment.\nWorks with operations personnel to instrument key parts of the rig for data analysis and review\nWorks with the local crews on proper installation and maintenance of sensors and communicate potential problem areas and expected cycle time\nIdentifies required sensor packages per CORE system\nAssists in monitoring of data recording processes to capture data real time\nDevelops continuous improvement culture so that drill out cycle times continue to be reduced\n\nMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)\n3+ years in well servicing, workover and completions rig experience; relevant industry education in industrial, engineering or related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience\nMust have valid, active state-issued driver license\nSelf-starter and ability to work with limited direct supervision\nPrevious electronics and data field technician experience in an oil field service company such as coil tubing, wireline or drilling\nMobility and ability to use ladders or other access devices up to 15 ft.; ability to bend, stoop, twist, stand, squat, crawl and walk.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.\nWork may be performed in all weather conditions; understands when it is safe to drive, despite adverse weather condition.\nAbility to effectively communicate, both verbally and written; English preferred.\nAbility to interact with others in a team and fast-paced environment\nBasic math skills and problem solving and organizational skills.\nBasic computer and writing skills.\nMust be able to work a varied schedule and travel as job requires.\nExcellent customer service skills, to provide world class value to customers.\nReliable telephone (cell phone) communication and transportation.\nAbility to clear/pass DOT drug and alcohol pre-employment testing requirements.\nAbility to clear/pass DOT compliant post offer physical and job-relevant screens.\nReceipt of proof of eligibility to work in the United States, as required by law.\nEducation\nRequired\nHigh School or better\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
