This includes potential acquisitions and dispositions or potential impacts on financial metrics for business decisions.\n\nM&A Analysis: Develop proforma modeling related to potential acquisitions and/or dispositions related to strategic opportunities. This includes valuation analysis of potential acquisitions and synergy opportunities.\n\nExecutive Meeting Prep and Leadership: Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and meetings, such as quarterly business reviews, and engage with senior leadership in understanding and representing the financial metrics and results.\n\nSolves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.\n\nWorks independently; receives minimal guidance.\n\nActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience, providing informal guidance to junior staff.\n\nContributes to process improvements.\n\nAs allowed by applicable law, this role may need to perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nStrong communication skills and a growth mindset.\n\nBachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred); CPA, CFA, or MBA designation is a plus.\n\n2‑3 years of experience in finance analyst, accounting, financial reporting, or functionally similar role.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.\n\nStrong PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate effectively and translate analysis into a message for executive management.\n\nStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n\nOracle skills preferred.\n\nWork Arrangement\nHybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday work from home.\n\nWhat’s In It For You\nAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
