In this role, you will perform Application, System, and Integration Testing across the NSG/ASG enterprise to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT delivery.\n\nNote: This position is located in the Washington Metro Area only.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPerform test and evaluation across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT.\n\nPerform testing of applications and application programming interfaces (APIs) in DevOps pipelines utilizing quality assurance measures established by the Government and industry best practices.\n\nPerform independent integration testing on system software or hardware to determine compliance with specified requirements.\n\nPlan and execute manual tests and automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages.\n\nSupport technical investigations for defects discovered during test activities.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM degree program; or 4 years of equivalent experience with no degree, or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.\n\n6+ years of systems integration experience working in government or industry integrating large, complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture environments in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.\n\nExperience with test management and defect tracking tools.\n\nExperience with traditional, Agile, and DevOps development practices and associated testing strategies.\n\nActive TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI access and pass a polygraph.\n\nDesired Qualifications\n\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM degree program.\n\nExperience with JMeter, Jenkins, Docker, Postman, Swagger, Nexus, Apigee, or GitHub/GitLab (or equivalent software packages), Java, Bash, Curl, XML, JSON, SQL, Python, JavaScript, and AWS/C2S.\n\nWorking knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages.\n\nWorking knowledge of Software Development Frameworks.\n\nPrevious NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project work experience.\n\nPrevious IC or DoD program or project work experience.\n\nDetermination: The final salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s experience, education, and geographic location and contract budget.\n\nSHINE Systems is an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer.
