It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\n\nJob Description\n\nResponsibilities\n\nMonitor material availability and production shortages using inventory and production systems.\n\nResearch and locate materials needed to support production operations.\n\nComplete inventory, material movement, and work order transactions accurately within company systems.\n\nGenerate quality notifications and transfer materials as required for quality review.\n\nPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy activities.\n\nReview and resolve work order discrepancies to support inventory and financial accuracy.\n\nPrioritize and deliver urgent materials to production areas to minimize downtime.\n\nMove raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to designated locations.\n\nCreate and maintain documentation related to material movement and inventory control.\n\nCoordinate material flow between production departments to support manufacturing schedules.\n\nMonitor shortage reports and communicate material status updates to production and planning teams.\n\nAudit and replenish Kanban inventory to support continuous production operations.\n\nEnsure adequate levels of production materials are maintained on the manufacturing floor.\n\nVerify material quantities and product identification for accuracy.\n\nStage materials for subsequent manufacturing operations.\n\nMaintain organized material storage areas in accordance with company standards.\n\nAssist with inventory management of indirect materials and production supplies.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Skills\n\nTeamwork\n\nDemonstrates effective listening and communication skills.\n\nCollaborates well with team members and supports shared goals.\n\nWorks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nOrganizational Effectiveness\n\nUnderstands and follows established policies, procedures, and work instructions.\n\nBuilds effective working relationships across departments.\n\nDemonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills.\n\nEducation\n\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum of two years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally within a regulated or medical device environment.\n\nAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.\n\nExperience working with inventory systems, material transactions, and production documentation.\n\nBasic mathematical and analytical skills to verify inventory, quantities, and records.\n\nExperience operating material handling equipment is preferred.\n\nAbility to perform work requiring frequent walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting materials throughout the shift.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
