At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC, we provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services across Staten Island and the greater New York City (NYC) area, supporting children with autism and developmental needs. Seeking a skilled and compassionate BCBA to join our growing team and lead clinical care in Staten Island, NY and surrounding NYC boroughs. If you’re looking for flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful impact in the NY behavioral health and ABA field, this role is for you.What You’ll Do;Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments for clients across Staten Island and NYCDevelop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPsProvide BCBA supervision and mentorship to RBTs in home, school, and community settingsEnsure high-quality implementation of ABA therapy programsAnalyze data and adjust programs to drive measurable client progressProvide parent training to families throughout Staten Island and nearby NYC areasMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentationWhat You Bring;Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldActive BCBA certification (BACB) in good standingExperience providing ABA therapy in NYC, Staten Island, or similar urban settings preferredStrong knowledge of behavior analysis, data collection, and treatment planningExcellent leadership, communication, and supervision skillsAbility to manage cases across multiple NYC service locationsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWhat Sets You Apart: You’re not just a clinician—you’re a leader in the ABA field.
