This position is ideal for someone early in their construction project career who is highly organized, detail-driven, and eager to grow.\nThis is an onsite Omaha-based role with travel to project sites.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport project teams across multiple active projects at the same time\nCoordinate project documentation, logs, and administrative workflows\nAssist with tracking schedules, milestones, and deliverables\nHelp manage and organize construction documents, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and bid materials\nCommunicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather and distribute project information\nPrepare reports, meeting notes, and status updates for project leadership\nMaintain accurate records using spreadsheets and project tracking tools\nAssist with project software updates and data entry\nSupport project managers with budgeting inputs, document control, and coordination tasks\nTravel to job sites as needed to support project execution and coordination efforts\nHelp identify process gaps and recommend improvements to project workflows\nWork Environment:\nBased onsite in Omaha, NE\nSupports two to three concurrent projects\nTypical workweeks range from 50 to 60 hours depending on project phase\nInfrequent weekend work may be required\nApproximately 40% travel to project sites\nQualifications:\nTwo to three years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar support role\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines\nWorking knowledge of construction documents and terminology\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook\nComfortable learning new construction and project management software\nSelf-starter mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree or related education in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or similar field\nExperience with construction project management platforms such as Procore or Bluebeam\nFamiliarity with bidding workflows, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor coordination\nOSHA 30 certification\nTeam-oriented and collaborative working style\nInterest in continued professional development within construction project management\nWho You Are:\nYou are organized, dependable, and detail-focused.
