Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in San Jose, CA. The Administrative Assistant will handle a range of responsibilities, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and providing general clerical support. Communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing phone calls, and supporting the executive team with administrative tasks will also be key aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsExcellent Phone Etiquette and effective Communication abilitiesProficiency in Clerical Skills, such as organizing and maintaining recordsAbility to manage calendars, arrange meetings, and handle multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience in administrative or executive support is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
