This unique opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys both engaging with families and supporting center operations behind the scenes, while also leading hands-on coding and STEM activities for our youngest learners.\nWe’re looking for a self-starter who is punctual, organized, engaging, and great with kids and parents alike.\nJunior Program Lead (Code Sensei):\nLead weekly classes for 5–8-year-olds (Wednesday from 5:30pm-6:15pm, Friday from 5:45pm-6:30pm, Saturday from 9:00am-9:45am, Saturday from 1:00pm-1:45pm)\nTeach foundational coding concepts using on-screen and off-screen activities\nKeep young learners engaged, energized, and progressing in a structured curriculum\nCommunicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress\nAdapt and personalize curriculum to meet kids' needs and interests\nCollaborate with the team to support other instructors and future program growth\nFront Desk/Admin Assistant:\nGreet and check in students and families\nAnswer and manage phone calls and email inquiries\nCoordinate class schedules, appointments, and calendars\nAssist with spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials\nMaintain organized records and filing systems\nConduct basic internet research and place orders for supplies\nEnter data and support email/postal mail campaigns\nKeep the center tidy, professional, and parent-friendly\nQualifications\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills\nFriendly, upbeat, and professional communication style\nPassionate about working with children and families\nSome experience with or interest in coding and STEM (training provided)\nComfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting (e.g., Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint)\nEnergetic, reliable, and enthusiastic about creating a positive environment\nWillingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of responsibilities\nMust pass a background check\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is a great opportunity to build valuable experience in education, administration, technology, and customer service while helping kids build real skills and confidence.
