Graco is part of your daily life.\nHours: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday\nJob Purpose\nOperate various simple machine tools to perform assigned tasks and produce quality products for internal and external customers, in a safe and productive manner.\nEssential Duties\nSet-up, adjust and operate a variety of simple, basic machine tools, which includes cross hole drill, drill press, laser machine.\nMaintain a clean, safe work area.\nPerform minor machine maintenance as required.\nRead and understand operation layouts and blueprints.\nMaintain quality of work as required and report any discrepancies.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nEssential Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to set-up and operate assigned equipment.\nAbility to perform various operations under minimum supervision, while maintaining required levels of quality and quantity.\nDemonstrated skill and ability to use precision measuring equipment.\nKnowledge of Graco safety rules and practices.\nAbility to stand/sit/walk, for up to eight hours per day.\nFrequent, repetitive elbow movements.\nReaching, grasping, gripping and fine manipulation with hands is required.\nAbility to occasionally stoop, bend, lift and/or load up to 40 pounds.\nDesirable Qualifications\nCompletion of Math for Manufacturing and Basic Blueprint Reading for Manufacturing.\nPersonal computer skills.\nPrior machine tool operation skills.\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
