Cross-functional alignment on roadmap themes, workstreams, and client-facing messaging where applicable.\r\nFinal review and handover: Summary of product decisions, process improvements, and backlog/roadmap refinements made during the engagement. Guidelines and recommendations to inform Pearson's continued product ownership, discovery, and planning efforts.\r\nSkill RequirementsRequired Knowledge and Experience\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, Product Ownership, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience; related graduate degree or advanced certification preferred.\r\n5–7+ years in product ownership, product management, or related roles supporting software products and digital platforms.\r\nDemonstrated experience translating customer, stakeholder, and business needs into requirements, roadmap priorities, backlog decisions, and measurable outcomes.\r\nStrong customer-facing experience incorporating Voice of Customer into product direction.\r\nExperience in computer-based testing, certification, licensure, education technology, or other regulated/high-stakes environments preferred.\r\nExperience with web-based, enterprise, platform, or data-driven products preferred.\r\nDeep understanding of product discovery, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, release planning, agile delivery, and tradeoff analysis balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and operational considerations.\r\nWhy HCLTech?At HCLTech, you'll supercharge your potential.
