(Described below)\nPaid vacation accrued up to 15 days a year.\nPaid sick leave accrued up to 7 days a year.\nPaid holidays 11 per year.\nUp to $175 for safety boots every two years.\nUp to $5250 for college tuition per year.\nUp to $5250 for training per year.\nPrescription safety glasses are provided yearly.\n401K matched up to 3%.\nResponsibilities:\n\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with manufactured materials in a fast-paced shop environment.\n\nJob duties include but are not limited to:\n\nReceiving and unloading materials from delivery trucks.\nOrganizing and staging raw materials in designated areas.\nCutting materials to specified lengths using a band saw, as directed.\nSafely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials throughout the shop.\nUsing standard measuring tools, including dial calipers and tape measures, to verify dimensions.\nMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nMust have a valid driver’s license.\nMust have a high school diploma.\nMust have at least one (1) year of experience with material handling operations.\nPrior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting is preferred.\nBasic level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nExperience in reading and interpreting blueprints.\nCapable of using standard measuring tools such as dial calipers and tape measures.\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and management, and respond to instructions/assignments.\nMust be able to read, write, and speak English.\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.\nMust be able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, and be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. U.S. citizenship is a requirement for a Secret clearance at this location.
