We are a small to mid-sized company that values our team members and strives to create a supportive, family-like environment.\n\n*Position Overview:* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team in Labelle, FL. The successful candidate will have experience in planning and executing roadway and highway maintenance activities and knowledge of the operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment.\n\n*Key Responsibilities:*\n\n* FDOT equipment operation, repair, and maintenance.\n* Perform asphalt repairs and patching.\n* Repair nonpaved shoulders, front slopes, and roadsides.\n* Sod installation and maintenance.\n* Clean and maintain drainage systems.\n* Concrete repair and sidewalk maintenance.\n* Mowing, edging, and sweeping.\n* Weed control and tree trimming.\n* Install and repair delineators and fences.\n* Perform roadside litter removal and sweeping.\n* Conduct other routine maintenance tasks as assigned.\n\n*Minimum Qualifications:*\n\n* Working knowledge of typical roadway maintenance activities as outlined in the FDOT scope of work.\n* A valid and current Class “E” Driver’s License.\n* A clean driving record.
