This role is part of a collaborative and agile team that supports and builds modern, standards-based responsive web applications for mission-critical health IT solutions. This role is a full-time w-2 employment opportunity and is on a hybrid work schedule.\nFederal Requirements:\nAbility to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.\nMust reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.\nMust have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree is required.\nMust be able to obtain a public trust clearance.\n8+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, product analyst, leading requirements capture, management and analysis activities along all phases of the agile software development and developing business process models.\nExpertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, etc.).\nMust have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Project/Smartsheet\nExperience with manual testing of software products.\nKnowledge of flow charts and UML using Visio, Lucidchart or similar tools will be plus.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nExpertise with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Trello, etc.\nKnowledge of Healthcare, Medicare & Medicaid systems & data.\n5+ years of experience in healthcare domain is required.\nExperience with manual testing of software products.\nCreative, visionary, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills and must be detailed oriented.\nResponsibilities:\nWork with customers, users, and other contractors to gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements.\nConduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, work group calls and engage customers to provide requirements and feedback.\nConduct user research and usability testing.\nDevelop and sustain Requirements Tractability Matrix (RTM).\nDevelop Change Requests per established policies and procedures.\nDevelop user stories and requirement documents as per project standards and guidance.\nFollow agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and deliver requirements/specifications for Sprint teams.\nProvide clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders.\nWorking with development and testing team to implement requirements as per functional specifications.\nSupport change control processes established to monitor and control project scope.\nWork with customers, users, and other contractors to gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements.\nConduct Product Analysis sessions, work group calls and engage customers to provide requirements and feedback.\nFollow agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and develop user stories with robust acceptance criteria.\nWorking with sprint team to implement, accept, and accept user stories as defined.\nProvide clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders.\nSupport change control processes established to monitor and control product vision.\nMust be able to communicate with management, peers, and customers effectively and professionally.\nBenefits and Perks:\n65%-75% company-sponsored (including dependents) premiums towards medical, dental and vision insurance. 100% employer sponsored STD, LTD and life insurance (min $100K).
