As an IT Program Analyst, you will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to operationalize and advance the phishing awareness programs. Your focus will be on monitoring metrics, analyzing organizational data, and creating compelling visual reports to share insights with executive leadership including the CISO, CIO, and CEO. This role is a contract position that involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving data-driven security initiatives to reduce cyber risks.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and operationalize the organization’s phishing awareness and security education programs.Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.Analyze security awareness data, develop visual reports, and communicate findings clearly to leadership.Research industry trends and recommend innovative approaches, tools, and materials for security awareness campaigns.Monitor program metrics, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements to optimize outcomes.Automate tasks and implement process enhancements to increase quality and service delivery.Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing shifting priorities effectively.Maintain and improve service level agreements to ensure customer expectations and compliance standards are met.Required Skills & Experience2+ years of related experience in cybersecurity or security awareness programs.Proficient in data analysis and visualization, with strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and storytelling.General understanding of cybersecurity practices and information technology.Experience planning, coordinating, and communicating project statuses within a team.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience managing or operationalizing large, complex security programs.Prior vendor management experience and experience working cross-functionally with IT and business teams.Familiarity with security policies, compliance standards, and industry best practices.Keywords: cybersecurity, security awareness, phishing, data analysis, visual storytelling, IT Security, Vendor Management, Program Management, cybersecurity compliance, St. LouisWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
